Sure thing. Here are the two variations of Compass. The first one is simply the compiled theme with no development files at all whatsoever. You can install this and use it as a parent theme just as you would any other standard WordPress theme. It's pretty bare-bones from a user standpoint, but should give you an idea of what all is included.
If you'd like to try out the developer version, here is a link to the compiled version of that. It can also be installed and used normally, but the directory structure is a little different. In order to use this as a development tool, you would need to first run npm install to pull down all the node dependencies.
